As a lifelong resident of the Inland Empire, I grew up in Chino and graduated from Chino High School. I’ve experienced all of the changes and growth in the Inland Empire through the years. From the laid back agricultural community full of cornfields, grapevines and dairy farms to the thriving suburb that it is today. I did move out of the area to the high desert for a couple years after I bought my first home in 1990, but that didn’t last too long and soon moved back. I began my Real Estate Career as a Loan Assistant back in 1991. Over the next couple of years, I learned the ins and outs of mortgage lending and soon acquired my Real Estate License and went into residential sales. With my first client, I was hooked. What a thrill it was to help a family get into their first home. In 1998, I became a Broker and opened my own small firm. Over the years I’ve worked in all aspects of Real Estate however, Residential Sales has always my true passion.
Family is definitely a huge part of my life. I was adopted by my parents Don and Margo and have always had a very close relationship with them. In July of 1991, I married the love of my life, Brenda and in November of 1992 we welcomed our beautiful son, Dylan into the world. In 2002, I decided to search for my biological mother. I just felt a need to say thank you for the wonder life that I was blessed with. I imagined how hard it had to be to give up a child. But, I had no idea what I was in for. After an extensive search, I found my biological mother. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to say thank you, as she had passed away a couple years earlier. I did however meet four brothers, two sisters along with countless nieces and nephews. They welcomed me with opened arms and today I share a fantastic and very close relationship with them all.
Dedication and Hard Work is what I live by. My parents taught me the importance of hard work and self sufficiency at an early age. My dedication to family is what drives me to do more for every new family that I’m privileged enough to help through the home buying process. I thrive on helping the community grow stronger with every family that I help get into a home. I want everybody that I help, to feel the same sense of pride that I do by living in the Inland Empire. It’s a great place to live. We’re within an hour of everything, the beach, mountains, rivers, lakes, desert, fishing, hiking, snow skiing, water skiing, we have it all. Not many communities can claim that.
Helping the Community has been something that I’ve been able to enjoy. Whether it was coaching my son’s Little League teams, Camping with my son’s Scout Troop I love to help out in any way that I can. As a member of the Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, I’ve been able to help prepare Thanksgiving and Christmas Meals Food Baskets for the needy and help raise money for local programs. I think it is our civil and moral duty to help our community in any small way that we can.
A Sense of Humor is, I feel, one of my most noticeable traits. I consider myself a very genuine person. I love to break the awkwardness of a tense situation by cracking a joke. I love to laugh at myself and make other people smile. Sometimes laughter is the best cure for a bad situation or a bad day.
I would love to help you with all of your real estate needs. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns that you may have.
